His name is Khun Wichai Pannoi. He is a lawyer and a detective from Bangkok. He comes to Pattaya only on Fridays and Saturdays. His office is on Soi 5, which is on 2nd road opposite the Hard Rock Hotel. The name is “Victor Law and Detective office”, Mobile 01 914 0516.
You got to know this man. He has twenty-five years of experience as a lawyer/detective with the oldest (110years+) and the biggest law firm in Thailand. Its name is “Till eke and Gibbons”. He is know world wide to be tough, smart, brave, strong, honest, kind, gentle, confident, considerate, fair, straight forward, trustworthy, admired, envied, feared by his opponents, experienced, educated, proud, and a man’s man with integrity. Remember his name is Khun Wichai Pannoi. He is a natural born leader. He is only forty-nine years old.
He ran an honest, (no bribes) and a straight forward, (no promises) campaign for election to be senator against five bearcats and came in a respectable third place out of five nominees. He will run for senator again because the five senior bearcats are giving up or are getting old and quitting. So he now has a better chance of being elected to be a senator. He will not compromise his integrity, honesty and pride by buying votes, taking bribes or making promises that can’t be kept after his election.
His law/detective office works strictly by word of mouth referrals. He does not advertise his services. His reputation is very good. He is straight forward and honest. He is a strong, intelligent man with high integrity. His standards are the highest. He said,” I won’t take a losing case. I tell them not to waste their money and time”. P.S. I wrote this article for free after I met and heard Khun Wichai speak at the Pattaya Expats Club meeting a few weeks ago. The expatriates of other countries around the world get together on Sundays at the Amari hotel at 11am to help each other to adjust to life in Thailand and get answers to common problems we have when we move to Thailand. Gary Bruton, the well know video production manager and TV commentator on the Pattaya mail TV channel, knew Khun Wichai Pannoi and asked him to speak to the expats club about Thai law and some of the problems the expats could get themselves into by not having reputable legal counseling. It was an “eye opener”. Everyone was very impressed and will never forget this man.
You need to know him. He is good for people. He is good for Thailand. All the virtues I wrote about are true and there is more. Believe it. He will defend the innocent. He upholds the law first and the money comes later, he said. He is a true professional with high standards and integrity. Here I go, again, rambling about this man, but you must believe me.
