For those poor souls who have never tried “Bob’s BBQ,” this is your chance. The original ‘Bob’s BBQ” is located in Pattaya on Pattaya Tai (South Pattaya Road) next to the c.a.t. telephone company. That’s the one with the 27-story steel telephone antenna tower across the street from Soi Rungland. It’s a small restaurant. Look for the red, white and blue sign out front.
What “Bob’s BBQ” is famous for is the “slow smoked BBQ.” Oh! Wow! I get hungry every time I think about it. Bob is an award winning BBQ chef. He knows how to buy, prepare (marinate) and smoke the meats (ribs, steaks, chops, burgers, etc) that have made him world famous. There are so many good things to eat at “Bob’s BBQ. Besides BBQ ribs, both smoked and non-smoked if you like, he offers the “biggest burger in all of Asia.” I kid you not. You really got to try this. Maybe, split it between two people. Nevermind, it tastes so good that you can eat the whole thing yourself. Just take your time and enjoy it. Ha ha ha ha Life is grand.
