“Horizons” restaurant has a panoramic view of all of Pattaya, the islands and all of Jomtien. You got to see this. You can see everything from the wrap-around balcony at “Horizons” restaurant. “Horizons” is located on the 23ed floor of the Pattaya Hill Resort. (See map this paper)
The food is of the highest quality. The food is prepared in the European tradition. The menu is not big but the quality is the highest. There is a wide choice of cocktails and they serve one of the number one beers from Germany. The beer is called “Weihenstephaner” beer. It is a wheat beer and is recognized as the best beer in the world. The wine selection is extensive and has expanded with the demand of the customers. Some regular customers have asked for their favorite wine and the chef as accommodated their requests. He is so flexible.
“Horizons” is quiet and peaceful. Nobody bothers you.
The dress code is smartly casual. So, wear cloths, shoes, long pants and a clean and nice shirt because you don’t want to be embarrassed in the company of the other smartly dressed patrons.
Parking is free. See the security guard.
There are weekly specials on the menu. For a limited time there is a lunch “ONLY” (12noon-4pm) special 3-course set menu. There are two choices of set menu. The luncheon special is “Bring one friend with you and the second person eats the actual set menu of your choice for FREE.”
